Halloween this autumn was the perfect weather and set the stage for my most anticipated wedding for this year. My favorite colors, mostly sunny and nice golden hour sun, and an amazing venue I haven't stepped foot in for about 17 years. I was excited to see the remodeling and work they did to the venue as well as their service to the bride and groom! Well, take a look at the entrance and tell me you're not excited!

Their rehearsal dinner was set to prep for the following day, but with a twist... everyone was dressed up for Halloween!

The Corpse Bride and her soon to be husband in the most fitting of places haha. Also look at these amazing displays their family made.

On to the wedding day! I had to bring some special gear for such an occasion, so on the left the venue photo was taken with my 100+ year old 10x12 camera and WWII reconnaissance lens. Very fitting look for the age of the building. On the right, a modern drone photo and I love how you can see the Philadelphia skyline in the back.

Ah yes, royalty just preparing for the royal wedding at the mansion. Robert's suit was perfect by itself, but it also blended in with the color template of Elstowe Manor. Look at those two dresses under the stairs too!

Look at those beautiful pink tones, Heather's contrasting blue eyes, and the beautifully unique and historic feeling dress. Her dress reminds me of the swirly staircase just outside the reception.

Their first look was adorable and goofy. The sun just above Elkins reflected their personality in that moment.

Here we are, the bridal party just hanging at our mansion... but you know what I like more than mansions? Weddings.

My favorite part of the bridal party were the matching colors of the groom and bridesmaids. Also you don't see many groomsmen with only bowties, so bonus points for the men!

There's some things about Elkins where I don't understand how they made it, and this staircase is definitely one of them. Look at all those swirls from the mansion and brides dress.

There was such a pretty golden fall sun that dropped just in front of the estate. I had to pull out some of my vintage lenses to really get that glow.

These black and whites are some of my favorites. I used a special vintage lens, which isn't even a camera lens and doesn't even focus. It gives a look of the time though but is extremely difficult to use, plus it's huge and heavy haha.

Imagine having your ceremony here. This time no Halloween costumes haha. Their ceremony was full of big laughs.

After their ceremony was over, we took a little trip to the top of the ceremony site balcony. It's like their very own castle.

This was one of the most lively receptions, I felt like everyone there was both at a sports game and a family reunion haha.

Just don't get cake in the hair heather! It's perfect! I also love the idea of a fruit covered cake. I never see that!

There was no shortage of dancing too, I think they even got in two more "one more songs".

The Corpse Bride comes full circle and resurrected :)

We had to send the night off with another night sky photo of Heather and Robert. What a night!
